THE PRODUCT: We will create a personalised puzzle for a special occasion, with virtually all clues and solutions tailored to suit an individual or event. The recipient will normally be a fan of the cryptic crosswords which appear in UK broadsheet newspapers, but the puzzle’s degree of difficulty can be adjusted to suit.

THE CLIENT: We ask for payment by credit card via secure website. A form allows the client to supply at least 20 words for possible inclusion in puzzle, covering family names, work details, hobbies etc. Degree of difficulty should also be indicated.

THE DEAL: We undertake to send back the completed puzzle, normally within 14 days of receipt of order for UK-based customers, but more quickly if a premium service is required. The client does not have the right to seek amendments, unless a genuine error has occurred. However, satisfied customers are the aim. All clients will receive a framed master copy, 5 photocopies, and an answer sheet (but see also tariff below).
